WARRANTY

Limited lifetime frame warranty 

We (Vulcan Artisan Limited trading as Craft Bikes) offer a limited lifetime warranty on frames for the original owner for 10 years. Frames will need to be sent to us for an assessment before any warranty is issued. If a frame is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the frame. We will cover the costs of a repair or replacement and the return shipping costs. 

 

Paint 

Paint work has a warranty period of three years for original owners from the date of purchase. Frames will need to be sent to Craft Bikes for a paint work assessment before any warranty is issued. If paint work is defective in materials or workmanship, we will renew the paint work. We will cover the costs of new paint work and the return shipping costs. 

 

Third-party parts 

All third-party parts supplied as part of our full build kits are subject to their individual manufacturer warranty.  

 

Limitations 

We do not offer a warranty for frames: that have been misused (beyond the intended use); that have been altered in any way (alterations may include but are not limited to: welding, bead/sand blasting, re-painting, drilling, reaming); that are corroded; damaged by incorrectly fitted parts.  

 

Crash replacement 

In the unfortunate event of a crash or accidental impact, the forces exerted on the frame can lead to structural failure. Our crash replacement offers original owners wholesale pricing on a like for like replacement frame.
